- 摘要:随着社会的不断发展和进步,国内外对高档白油的需求不断增加。文中概述了高档白油加氢技术现状及催化剂制备技术进展。白油生产技术有磺化法、溶剂萃取法、烯烃聚合法和加氢法,其中加氢法是目前高档白油生产的主要方法,国内外多采用两段法生产高档白油。国内科研院所对生产高档白油的催化剂及其工艺进行了不断改进,均取得了较好的效果。白油催化剂载体主要以Al2O3、无定形硅铝或复合氧化物、分子筛等为主,活性金属以Ni、Pt和Pd等为主,科研工作者通过改进催化剂的制备方法从而达到生产高端白油的技术需求。未来白油加氢催化剂将向着更加高效、更加专业化的方向发展。Abstract: With the continuous development and progress of society, the demand for high quality white oil is increasing at home andabroad. This article provides an overview of the current status of high quality white oil hydrogenation technology and the progress ofcatalyst preparation technology. The production technology of white oil includes sulfonation method, solvent extraction method,olefin polymerization method, and hydrogenation method. Among them, hydrogenation method is currently the main method forproducing high-grade white oil. At home and abroad, the two-stage method is commonly used to produce high quality white oil.Domestic research institutes have continuously improved catalysts and processes for producing high quality white oil, achievinggood results. The main carriers of white oil catalysts are Al2O3, amorphous silicon aluminum or composite oxides, molecular sieves,etc. The active metals are mainly Ni, Pt, Pd, etc. Researchers continuously improve the preparation methods of catalysts to meet thetechnical requirements for producing high-quality white oil. In the future, white oil hydrogenation catalysts will develop towardsgreater efficiency and specialization.
