- 摘要:受益于纯苯下游产能扩增,国内纯苯供应缺口长期存在,进口需求(200~350)×104 t/a。纯苯产业链下游产能虽然已处于较高水平,但随着技术发展,不少纯苯下游装置存在装置规模小、工艺路线落后、环境污染大和经济效益差等问题,纯苯产业链下游产能有迭代升级需要。甲苯择形歧化技术,不仅可以生产高对二甲苯(简称PX)浓度的C8芳烃,还能副产大量纯苯,具有流程简单、投资少和生产成本低等优势。面对日趋激烈的市场竞争,炼化企业需要不断补链延链强链,发挥产业链一体化发展优势,实现上下游协同运营、提高资源利用效率、增强抗风险能力和降低市场波动影响。向纯苯产业链下游延伸发展,可以节省纯苯外卖的物流成本,还能发挥装置规模大型化和技术先进性所带来的后发优势。Abstract: Thanks to the expansion of downstream production capacity of pure benzene, the domestic supply gap of pure benzenehas existed for a long time, with an annual import demand of 2-3.5 million tons. Although the downstream production capacity of thepure benzene industry chain has been at a high level, with the development of technology, many downstream plants of pure benzenehave problems such as small plant size, backward process routes, large environmental pollution, and poor economic benefits. Thedownstream production capacity of the pure benzene industry chain needs to be iteratively upgraded. The shape-selectivedisproportionation technology of toluene can not only produce C8aromatics with high paraxylene (PX) concentration, but alsoproduce a large amount of pure benzene by side, which has the advantages of simple process, low investment, and low productioncosts. Facing increasingly fierce market competition, refining and chemical enterprises need to constantly complement, extend andstrengthen the chain to give full play to the advantages of integrated development of the industrial chain, so as to achieve upstreamand downstream collaborative operations, improve resource utilization efficiency, enhance risk resistance ability, and reduce theimpact of market fluctuations. The extension and development to the downstream of the pure benzene industrial chain can save thelogistics cost of pure benzene delivery, and give play to the latecomer advantage brought by the large-scale device and advancedtechnology.
