双碳背景下芳烃生产技术进展

- 摘要:随着炼化企业技术升级改造及产品结构调整,芳烃生产技术也得到了快速发展。尤其双碳背景下,众多研究学者提出了新型芳烃生产技术。文中总结了传统和新型芳烃生产技术,重点介绍催化重整技术、裂解汽油生产 BTX、轻烃芳构化技术、催化裂化轻循环油生产芳烃技术、甲醇制芳烃生产技术(MTA)、甲苯/苯与甲醇烷基化生产混合芳烃技术和甲醇耦合轻烃改质芳构化技术;分析总结了当前芳烃生产技术进展,提出了具有广阔应用前景的芳烃生产技术重点并展望了其发展趋势。Abstract: With the technological upgrading and product structure adjustment of refining and chemical enterprises, the productiontechnology of aromatics has also been developed rapidly. Especially under the background of double carbon, many researchers haveproposed new aromatic hydrocarbon production technology. In this paper, the traditional and new aromatic hydrocarbon productiontechnologies are summarized, focusing on catalytic reforming technology, cracking gasoline production BTX, light hydrocarbonaromatization technology, catalytic cracking light cycle oil production of aromatic hydrocarbons, methanol to aromatic hydrocarbonsproduction technology (MTA), toluene / benzene and methanol alkylation to produce mixed aromatic hydrocarbons and methanolcoupled light hydrocarbon modification aromatization technology. This paper analyzes and summarizes the current development ofaromatic production technology, puts forward the key points of aromatic production technology with broad application prospect in thefuture, and looks forward to the future development trend of aromatic technology.
