- 摘要:自稳定沉淀聚合(2SP)是合成均匀聚合物微球并使其功能化的有力手段,该反应体系仅由单体、引发剂和无毒溶剂组成,不使用任何稳定剂或表面活性剂,最终产物是定义良好的微米或纳米级颗粒,其形态可以通过调节溶剂的溶解度参数来调节,此种新的合成策略具有巨大的工业化生产潜力。文中综述了自稳定沉淀技术聚合过程及机理,围绕4种聚合物单体的应用研究进行归纳总结,旨在为拓宽自稳定沉淀技术实际应用提供研究依据。Abstract: Self stabilization precipitation polymerization (2SP) is a powerful means to synthesize and functionalize uniform polymermicrospheres. The reaction system consists only of monomers, initiators and non-toxic solvents, without the use of any stabilizers orsurfactants. The final product is well-defined micro - or nano-sized particles whose morphology can be adjusted by adjusting thesolubility parameters of the solvent. This new synthetic strategy has great potential for industrial production. This paper reviewed thepolymerization process and mechanism of self stabilization precipitation technology, summarized the application studies of 4 kindsof polymer monomers in order to provide research basis for expanding the practical application of self stabilization precipitation tech⁃nology.
