- 摘要:介绍了YXS-202高效复配型脱硫剂在某石化公司硫磺回收装置350 t/h溶剂再生单元的应用。针对硫磺装置使用国产普通脱硫剂导致的循环量较大造成溶剂再生单元蒸汽能耗长期较高、硫磺回收装置尾气吸收塔出口H2S含量高造成烟气排放SO2含量较高、CTS单元反应器积硫粉严重等问题,通过高效复配型脱硫剂YXS-202的应用,实现0.4 MPa蒸汽节省量超过20%、尾气吸收塔出口 H2S含量减少 70% 以上、CTS反应器积硫粉情况大为好转,对装置节能降耗、长周期运行和超低SO2烟气排放有显著效果,可为同类装置的脱硫剂选型提供参考。Abstract: This paper introduced the application of YXS-202 high efficiency compound desulfurizer in 350 t/h solvent regenerationunit of sulfur recovery unit in a petrochemical company. Considering the problems such as the large circulation amount caused bythe use of domestic ordinary desulfurizer in the sulfur plant, the long-term high steam energy consumption of the solventregeneration unit, the high H2S content at the exit of the exhaust gas absorption tower of the sulfur recovery plant, the high SO2content of the flue gas emission, and the serious accumulation of sulfur powder in the CTS unit reactor, etc., through the applicationof highly efficient compound desulfurizer YXS-202, it realized the conditions of saving 0.4 MPa steam more than 20%, reducingmore than 70% H2S content at the outlet of the tail gas absorption tower, greatly improving the sulfur powder accumulation in theCTS reactor, which had significant effects on energy saving and consumption reduction, long cycle operation and ultra-low SO2fluegas emission, and provided a reference for the selection of desulfurizer in similar units.
