- 摘要:以某炼化企业的甲乙酮装置 2 326 kW 高温热媒炉电气化改造作示范,设计 1套电加热导热油系统,包括电加热导热油炉、供电系统及工艺改造等,替代原有热媒炉系统。电加热系统通过使用绿电技术,预计热效率超过 95%,同时可减少 CO2排放 4 716 t/a,终端电气化率提升了10.99%,具有非常显著的绿色减排效果。该示范项目的开展,为甲乙酮装置其它加热炉改造提供技术依托,也为炼化企业大范围的电气化率改造提供参考。同时,装置电气化率的提升,对统筹优化全厂的电力、热力供应,保障炼化装置的安全稳定运行起到了推进作用。Abstract: Taking the electrification transformation of a 2326 kW high temperature heat medium furnace of a methyl ethyl ketoneunit in a refining and chemical company as a demonstration, a set of electric heating thermal oil system was designed, includingelectric heating thermal oil furnace, power supply system and process transformation, to replace the original heat medium furnacesystem. Through the use of green-power technology, the electric heating system was expected to have a thermal efficiency of morethan 95%, while reducing CO2emissions of 4 716 t / a, improving the terminal electrification rate to 10.99%, which had a verysignificant green emission reduction effect. The development of this demonstration project provided technical support for thetransformation of other heating furnaces of methyl ethyl ketone unit, and also provided reference for the transformation ofelectrification rate in a wide range of refining and chemical companies. At the same time, the improvement of the electrification rateof the plant had played a role in promoting the overall optimization of the power and heat supply of the whole plant and ensuring thesafe and stable operation of the refining and chemical plant.
