- 摘要:甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)是1种重要的有机化工原料,用途广泛,其生产工艺路线较多,但全球范围内仍以丙酮氰醇法为主,丙酮氰醇法 MMA装置中,酯化工序管路经常发生堵塞,酯化釜内聚合物增多导致无法排料甚至造成停车的问题,一般30~60 d酯化釜或管线需要短时间停车处理,极大地影响了装置运行的稳定性和经济性,依据酯化反应机理和生产工艺过程对酯化工序中的问题进行了系统分析,结合生产实践提出了解决的方案和建议,实现了MMA装置的长周期稳定生产。Abstract: Methyl methacrylate (MMA), an important organic chemical raw material, is used widely. Acetone cyanoalcohol processis the one of the main production routes all over the world. However, the pipelines of esterification process were often clogged whichincreased the polymer in the esterification reactor that caused the failure of discharging material and even caused plant shutdown.Generally, 30~60 d esterification reactor or pipelines needed to be shutdown for a short time, which greatly affected the stability andeconomy of the plant operation. Based on the esterification reaction mechanism and production process, it systematically analyzedthe problems in the esterification process, and put forward the solutions and suggestions in combination with the production practice,so as to realize the long-term stable production of the MMA plant.
