- 对高熔指聚丙烯生产技术进行研究,在 20×104 t/a的 Unipol气相工艺聚丙烯生产装置上,采用氢调搭配裂解法成功生产出各项性能优异的高熔指薄壁注塑聚丙烯LHM65,其熔体流动速率稳定在60.0~80.0 g/(10 min),弯曲模量达1 630~1 650 MPa,黄色指数为-6.5~-6.3,拉伸屈服应力为 34.5~35.0 MPa。将 LHM65 应用于一次性食品包装容器生产,其流动性、延展性、柔韧性、刚性、以及成型效果均较好,制品满足食品包装要求。Research was conducted on the production technology of high melt index polypropylene. On a Unipol gas-phase processpolypropylene production plant with a capacity of 20×104t/a, LHM65, a thin-walled injection molded polypropylene with excellentproperties, was successfully produced using hydrogen blending and cracking method. The melt flow rate remained stable at 60.0~80.0 g/(10 min), the bending modulus reached 1630-1650MPa, the yellow index was -6.5 to -6.3, and the tensile yield stress was34.5-35.0 MPa. The application of LHM65 in the production of disposable food packaging containers has shown good fluidity,extensibility, flexibility, rigidity, and molding effect, and the products meet the requirements of food packaging.
