- 摘要:随着环保要求越来越高,国家对油品质量和燃烧后产生的尾气中的污染物以及重金属
的含量的限制将更加严格。减少和降低此类污染物比较普遍的方法是提高油品的质量,对油
品进行加氢精制或改制,脱除油品中的氮氧化物和S 以及部分重金属。油品的加氢精制或改
制的最重要影响因素是反应过程中催化剂的性能和稳定性,催化剂的综合性能决定了整个精
制过程是否稳定,同时也决定了产物的整体品质。固定床催化剂评价单元主要就是用来评价
和检测加氢精制及加氢裂化催化剂的性能,为工业化的加氢精制筛选出高效的催化剂。
Abstract: With the increasingly high environmental protection requirements, the state's restrictions on the quality of oil products
and the pollutants in the exhaust gas produced after combustion and the content of heavy metals will be more and more stringent.
The most common way to decrease and reduce such pollutants was to improve the quality of oil products, hydrofine or restructure of
oil products, and remove nitrogen oxides and sulfur in oil products, as well as some heavy metals. The most important factor affecting
the hydrofining or reforming of oil products was the performance and stability of the catalyst during the reaction process. The
comprehensive performance of the catalyst determined stable refining process and the overall quality of the product. The fixed bed
catalyst evaluation unit was mainly used to evaluate and test the performance of hydrofining and hydrocracking catalysts, and screen
out efficient catalysts for industrial hydrofining.
