- 摘要:乙烯装置急冷系统存在热量回收不充分问题,热量通过裂解气由急冷水系统回收,消耗
大量循环水,造成能量浪费和能耗费用增大。对于此类低品位热能,传统方法是直接利用,但
是存在热能利用率低、费用高的缺点。文中通过强化急冷油系统回收更多的高品位余热,减
少低品位余热的产生。具体是引出1 股急冷油作为工艺水汽提塔塔底热源,部分或全部替代
塔底蒸汽,同时可以减少急冷水系统消耗的循环水。该措施具有节约蒸汽和降低循环水消耗
的双重效果,改造工作量小,费用低。
Abstract: The quench cooling system of ethylene plant had the problem of insufficient heat recovery. A lot of heat was recovered by
the quench water system through cracking gas and consumed a lot of circulating water, which resulted in energy waste and energy
consumption cost. For this kind of low-grade heat energy, the traditional method was to directly use it, but there were disadvantages
of low utilization rate of heat energy and high cost. In this paper, it recoveredmore high-grade waste heatandreducedthe generation
of low-grade waste heatby strengthening quench cooling oil system. Specifically, a quench oil was drawn as a heat source at the bot⁃
tom of the process water vapor stripping tower, partially or completely replacing the bottom steam, and at the same time reducing the
circulating water consumed by the quench water system. This measure had the double effect of saving steam and reducing the con⁃
sumption of circulating water with small transformation work and the lowcost.
