- 摘要:聚4-甲基-1-戊烯(PMP)是1 种高等规度结晶型树脂,其作为高端聚烯烃树脂具有优良
的力学性能和耐化学腐蚀性,同时还有低介电常数、高透气、低表面张力等特有的优点,在医
疗材料以及电子材料等领域都有着重要的用途。文中全面综述了4-甲基-1-戊烯(4M1P)单
体的合成以及催化4M1P 聚合制备PMP。重点阐述了PMP 催化剂体系,包括Ziegler-Natta、茂
金属、后过渡金属、非茂前过渡金属催化剂的研究进展,此外概述了PMP 的性能和应用。
Abstract: Poly4-methyl-1-pentene (PMP) is a kind of high regular crystalline resin, which, as a high-end polyolefin resin, has the
excellent mechanical properties and chemical corrosion resistance, low dielectric constant, high permeability, low surface tension
and has important applications in medical materials and electronic materials. This paper reviewed comprehensively the synthesis of
4-methyl-1-pentene (4M1P) monomer and the preparation of PMP by 4M1P polymerization, emphasized the research progress of
PMP catalysts, including Ziegler-Natta, metallocene, post-transition metal and non-precene transition metal catalysts and
summarized the properties and applications of PMP.
