摘要:: 本文根据制氢装置锅炉给水泵在生产运行过程中出现流量和出口压力下降的现象，通过对设备的解体检修，结合损坏的故障现象，详细的分析了造成故障原因是在锅炉给水泵内部的隔板与壳体口环发生了电化学腐蚀中的电偶腐蚀。并提出了短期和长期的解决方案，最终使生产问题得到了解决。
Based on the hydrogen production device of boiler feed water pump in the production process flow and exit pressure drop phenomenon, the overhaul of equipment, combined with the fault phenomenon damaged, a detailed analysis of the failure reason is partition inside the boiler feed water pump and seal shell ring the galvanic corrosion electrochemical corrosion. And puts forward the short-term and long-term solutions, finally make the production problems have been solved.
