蒸馏装置石脑油初馏点偏低的原因及其技术改造措施

中文摘要:摘要:报道了加工能力为250万吨/年的炼油厂蒸馏装置,在加工哈萨克斯坦原油后,针对常压塔石脑油初馏点装置馏出口石脑油初馏点偏低问题,通过降低常顶油气二段冷凝冷却器E-46/A~F和E/47空冷风机变频转速,提高石脑油外放温度;降低石脑油产品罐V-5压力,以解决常顶瓦斯后路压降大问题;常压塔顶油汽采用“两段冷凝”工艺,避免汽液两相在空冷器中的接触再吸收等技术改造措施。改造后,石脑油初馏点从改造前的石脑油初馏点平均值为39.42℃稳定到42~50℃,平均值达到47.23℃,解决了由于工艺设计缺陷所造成的石脑油初馏点不合格问题。
英文摘要:Abstract:Had reported processing ability is 2,500,000 ton/year refinery distilling apparatus, after processes the Kazakhstan crude oil, exports the naphtha initial boiling point somewhat low question in view of the constant pressure tower naphtha initial boiling point installment distill, through reduces often goes against oil gas two section of condensation chiller E-46/A~F and the E/47 air cooled air blower frequency conversion rotational speed, enhances the naphtha to be assigned away from the capital the temperature; Reduces the naphtha product pot V-5 pressure, solves often goes against the gas rear guard pressure drop major problem; The constant pressure tower goes against the oil vapor use “two sections of condensations” the craft, avoids the steam fluid two absorbing and so on the technological transformations measures again in the air cooled contact.After the transformation, the naphtha initial boiling point for 39.42℃ stabilizes from the transformation naphtha initial boiling point mean value to 42~50℃, the mean value achieves 47.23℃, has solved because the technological design flaw creates naphtha initial boiling point unqualified question.
