- 针对南阳凹陷断层多、胶结性差、高度破碎等地层特性导致钻井过程中井壁失稳频发的问题,现有封堵型防塌剂主要以沥青类、乳化石蜡类、聚合醇类为主,不能满足该地区的钻井需求和环保要求。以无荧光特性的纳米硅和单体 B 为原料,经过酰化反应和酯化反应,研发了一种具有核壳构造的低荧光封堵剂 DNL。并在此基础上优化出一套强封堵防塌钻井液体系,达到增强目标区域所需钻井液封堵性能,提高了井壁稳定性。结果表明,该体系具有良好的封堵性能和抗污染能力,加入 3.0%DNL 能提高体系的 PPA 封堵性能 60%以上,显著降低体系高温高压滤失量。在楼 8-1H 水平井中成功应用,有效解决了钻井施工中井壁失稳难题。
The Zhangdian Oilfield in the Nanyang Sag frequently experiences wellbore instability during drilling due to complex
formation characteristics such as numerous faults, poor cementation, and high fragmentation. Conventional plugging-type anti -
collapse agents, primarily modified asphalt, emulsified paraffin, and polyols, fail to meet both the drilling requirements and
environmental standards in this area. To address this issue, a low -fluorescence plugging agent (DNL) was developed by
incorporating weakly fluorescent monomer B and non-fluorescent nano-silica as raw materials, with fatty acid amide as a modifier.
Through acylation and esterification reactions, silicon -based groups were grafted onto starch macromolecules, resulting in a
plugging agent with strong sealing capabilities. Based on this, an optimized high-performance plugging drilling fluid system was
formulated to enhance wellbore stability in the target oilfield. Laboratory studies demonstrated that the system exhibits excellent
plugging performance, inhibition properties, and contamination resistance. The addition of 3.0% DNL improved the PPA plugging
efficiency by over 60% and significantly reduced high-temperature, high-pressure (HTHP) fluid loss. The system was successfully
applied in Well Lou 8-1H, effectively resolving wellbore instability issues during drilling operations.
