- 介绍并探讨油田水处理用杀菌剂,即 2,2-二溴-3-次氮基丙酰胺、异噻及戊二醛 3 种杀菌剂的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法的建立过程及优化策略。通过对文献的深入研究和室内检测分析大量实验数据,在实验室成功建立了针对这 3 种杀菌剂的有效含量检测方法,并对其检测条件进行了详细描述和验证。该方法不仅适用于实验室内的常规检测,还为油田水处理杀菌剂的合理使用提供了重要的技术支持。
This paper introduces and discusses the establishment process and optimization strategies of high-performance liquid
chromatography (HPLC) detection methods for three biocides used in oilfield water treatment, namely 2,2 -dibromo -3 -
nitrilopropionamide, isothiazolinone, and glutaraldehyde. Through in-depth literature research and extensive indoor detection and
analysis of experimental data, effective content detection methods for these three biocides were successfully established in the
laboratory, and their detection conditions were described and verified in detail. This method is not only applicable to routine
laboratory testing but also provides important technical support for the rational use of biocides in oilfield water treatment.
