- 超高压二次压缩机是乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂(EVA)装置的核心装备之一,其操作压力高、难度大、故障率高,影响装置长周期稳定运行。文中结合某石化公司 K8 型二次压缩机的结构特性与运行工况,系统分析其故障成因;基于专业维护经验与现代诊断技术的融合,总结了针对性的检测、处理与预防措施,构建了“预防—诊断—处理—优化”的全周期闭环运维体系,切实保障了超高压 EVA 装置的长周期稳定运行。
The ultra-high pressure hyper compressor package is one of the core pieces of equipment in an EVA plant. It operates
under high pressure with great difficulty and a high failure rate, which affects the long-term stable operation of the plant. Based on
the structural characteristics and operating conditions of a K8 type hyper compressor package in a petrochemical company, this
paper systematically analyzes the causes of its failures. By integrating professional maintenance experience with modern diagnostic
techniques, targeted measures for detection, treatment, and prevention are summarized. A full-cycle closed-loop operation and
maintenance system encompassing "prevention-diagnosis-treatment-optimization" is established, effectively ensuring the long -
term stable operation of the ultra-high pressure EVA plant.
