- 脱碳单元是环氧乙烷装置中确保乙烯氧化反应高效、安全运行的关键环节,该单元的运行性能受多重因素影响,主要有可控与不可控 2 类。可控因素涵盖操作温度、系统压力、进气负荷以及碳酸钾溶液的流量与浓度等参数;不可控因素包括碳酸钾溶液中杂质的长周期积累、溶液异常发泡等现象。针对上述问题逐一分析并提出了通过严格监控关键工艺指标、精细调控以维持装置运行的平稳性。通过定期置换碳酸钾溶液、定期清理过滤器以减少杂质富集,通过注入活化剂及消泡剂以抑制溶液性能劣化与发泡倾向等对策措施,来全面提升脱碳单元的运行效率,保障脱碳单元稳定运转。
The decarbonation unit is a critical component in ethylene oxide plants, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the
ethylene oxidation reaction. Its performance is influenced by multiple factors, primarily categorized as controllable and
uncontrollable. Controllable factors include operating temperature, system pressure, feed gas load, flow rate and concentration of
potassium carbonate solution, etc. Uncontrollable factors encompass long -term accumulation of impurities in the potassium
carbonate solution and abnormal foaming phenomena. Analysis of the aforementioned issues led to the following countermeasures:
Strictly monitor critical process parameters and implement precise adjustments to maintain stable unit operation; Regularly replace
potassium carbonate solution and clean filters to minimize impurity accumulation; Inject activators and defoamers to suppress
solution degradation and foaming tendencies. These measures comprehensively enhance the decarbonization unit's operational
efficiency and ensure its stable performance.
