- 分析了沸腾床渣油加氢裂化装置易结焦堵塞原因,介绍了沸腾床渣油加氢裂化装置易结焦区域和结焦典型症状。主要针对常压塔长周期运行问题、常压蜡油产品质量问题进行技术改造和优化,更改了塔底塔盘形式、增加了塔底洗涤流程。提高了产品分馏效果,降低了全塔压降,保证了装置长周期运行。同时消除了拆卸过滤器及清洗管道对于安全生产的影响,为沸腾床渣油加氢裂化装置的安稳长满优运行提供了有力保证。
The causes of coking and blockage in an ebullated bed residual oil hydrocracking unit are analyzed, and the
vulnerable coking zones and typical coking characteristics of the unit are introduced. Technical revamping and process
optimization are carried out mainly aiming at the problems of long term operation of the atmospheric distillation column and
quality instability of atmospheric gas oil products. The tray type at the column bottom is modified and a bottom washing process is
added. These measures improve product fractionation performance, reduce overall column pressure drop, and ensure long term
stable operation of the unit. Meanwhile, risks to work safety caused by filter disassembly and pipeline cleaning are eliminated,
which provides a strong guarantee for safe, stable, long period, full load and optimal operation of the ebullated bed residual
oil hydrocracking unit.
