- 大型储油罐是石油能源储运体系的核心设施,其结构完整性直接关系到能源供应的稳定性。长期服役过程中,上层罐壁因化学腐蚀、电化学腐蚀及应力腐蚀等问题,易形成大面积腐蚀坑甚至穿孔,成为储油罐大修的关键难点。传统修复技术(如高强复合材料内胆)存在施工难度高、周期长、安全风险大等局限。综述了环氧补强材料修补技术的研究现状,包括储油罐上层罐壁腐蚀机理、技术核心体系、工艺流程及应用效果。研究表明,该技术源自管道防腐领域,具有操作简便、施工效率高、安全可靠等优势,能有效恢复罐壁结构强度与完整性。最后,展望了该技术在极端环境性能优化、自动化施工及长期性能预测等方向的未来研究重点。
Large oil storage tanks are the core facilities of the petroleum energy storage and transportation system, and their
structural integrity directly affects the stability of energy supply. During long-term service, the upper tank wall is prone to forming
large corrosion pits or even perforation due to chemical corrosion, electrochemical corrosion, and stress corrosion, which becomes a
key difficulty in the overhaul of oil storage tanks. Traditional repair techniques, such as high-strength composite material inner
liners, have limitations such as high construction difficulty, long cycles, and high safety risks. This article summarizes the research
status of epoxy reinforcement material repair technology, including the corrosion mechanism of the upper tank wall of oil storage
tanks, the core system of technology, the process flow, and the application effect. Research has shown that this technology
originates from the field of pipeline anti-corrosion and has advantages such as easy operation, high construction efficiency, safety
and reliability. It can effectively restore the strength and integrity of the tank wall structure. Finally, the future research focus of
this technology in extreme environmental performance optimization, automated construction, and long-term performance prediction
was discussed.
