- 精对苯二甲酸(PTA)是聚酯产业不可或缺的核心原料,其生产流程中会伴随大量高浓度、难降解有机废水的产生,若未经过科学有效的处理就直接排放,将会对生态环境造成严重破坏。文中系统梳理了 PTA 废水的来源与水质特征,全面介绍了当前应用广泛的 PTA 废水处理技术,涵盖物理化学处理、生物处理及新型组合处理 3 大类别;深入剖析了各类技术的作用机制、工艺优势与不足、处理效能及工程应用情况;探讨了现有处理技术面临的瓶颈难题,并对未来 PTA 废水处理技术的发展方向进行了展望;为 PTA 行业废水处理的工程实践与技术革新提供理论参考和实践支撑。
purified terephthalic acid (PTA) is an indispensable core raw material for the polyester industry. A large amount of
high-concentration refractory organic wastewater is generated during its production process. If discharged directly without scientific
and effective treatment, it will cause serious damage to the ecological environment. This paper systematically reviews the sources
and water quality characteristics of PTA wastewater, comprehensively introduces the widely used treatment technologies for PTA
wastewater, including physical-chemical treatment, biological treatment and new combined treatment processes. It deeply analyzes
the mechanism, technological advantages and disadvantages, treatment efficiency and engineering application of each technology,
discusses the bottlenecks faced by existing treatment technologies, and prospects the future development direction of PTA
wastewater treatment technologies, so as to provide theoretical reference and practical support for the engineering practice and
technological innovation of wastewater treatment in the PTA industry.
