- 文中首先论述了茂金属聚 琢-烯烃合成基础油(mPAO)作为新一代高性能合成基础油的技术发展过程。通过比较传统路易斯酸催化的聚 琢-烯烃合成油(PAO)和 mPAO 的分子结构差异来分析 mPAO 在高黏度指数、低温流动性和抗剪切稳定性方面所具有的优异性能。最后还对 mPAO 在车用润滑油、工业齿轮油、风电传动系统等高端领域的应用效果进行了分析,并指出了现阶段国内生产工艺存在的问题以及未来国产化替代的发展方向。
This paper first discusses the technological breakthrough of metallocene polyalphaolefin (mPAO), a next -generation
high-performance synthetic base oil. By comparing the molecular structures of conventional Lewis acid-catalyzed polyalphaolefin
(PAO) with mPAO, the study demonstrates mPAO's superior performance in high viscosity index, low-temperature fluidity, and
shear stability. Furthermore, it evaluates mPAO's applications in premium sectors including automotive lubricants, industrial gear
oils, and wind power transmission systems. The research identifies current challenges in domestic production processes and
outlines strategic directions for localized substitution.
