- 依据 JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》及 SH/T 0604-2000《原油和石油产品密度测定法(U形振动管法)》,此研究系统量化评估了轻质燃料油密度测定的不确定度。使用 DMA4500M 型数字密度计在(20.000±0.010)℃条件下进行重复性实验,识别并量化了测量重复性、仪器准确度、分辨率及温度控制精度等主要不确定度来源。结果表明,密度测定结果为(0.867 71±0.000 028)g/cm³,其中扩展不确定度U=2.8×10⁻⁵g/cm³(k=2)。各不确定度分量贡献度依次为:仪器准确度>测量重复性>温度控制精度>分辨率影响。研究为轻质燃料油密度测定的可靠性提供了量化依据,对石化行业质量控制和贸易结算具有重要参考价值。In accordance with JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement and SH/T 0604-2000Standard Test Method for Density of Crude Petroleum and Liquid Petroleum Products by Oscillating U-tube Method, this studysystematically quantified the uncertainty in the determination of light fuel oil density. Repeatability experiments were conductedusing a DMA4500M digital density meter under controlled temperature conditions of (20.000±0.010) ℃. Key sources of uncertainty
were identified and quantified, including measurement repeatability, instrument accuracy,resolution, and temperature control
precision. The results indicate a density measurement value of 0.867 71± 2.8×10-5 g/cm³ (k=2).The contributions of the uncertainty components are ranked as follows: instrument accuracy > measurement repeatability > temperature control precision > resolution effect. This study provides a quantitative basis for the reliability of light fuel oil density determination results, offering significant
reference value for quality control in the petrochemical industry and trade settlement.
