- 介绍了某石化公司线型装置生产牧草膜用线型茂金属聚乙烯树脂的生产工艺条件、物性指标及产品用途。新产品牌号为 MPE-LLD1820F，通过测试分析结果表明，新产品的熔体流动速率为 1.7~2.3 g/（10min），密度为 0.917~0.921 g/cm3 ，拉伸屈服应力≥9 MPa，拉伸断裂应变>300%，大鱼眼≤5个/1 520 cm2 ，小鱼眼≤10个/1 520 cm2 。2024年7月，该公司线型装置工业化生产129 t新产品，11月份在东北地区进行牧草膜、防锈膜等制品生产，加工过程稳定，满足用户需求，可部分替代进口茂金属产品，具有一定的社会效益。This paper introduces the production process conditions, physical property indicators and product applications of a newlinear metallocene polyethylene resin for forage film produced by a petrochemical company. The new product grade is MPELLD1820F. Test and analysis results show that the new product has a melt flow rate of 1.7 to 2.3 g/(10 min), a density of 0.917 to0.921 g/cm³, a tensile yield stress of ≥9 MPa, a tensile elongation at break of >300%, and a maximum of 5 large fish eyes and 10small fish eyes per 1 520 cm². In July 2024, the company′s linear production unit industrialized the production of 129 tons of thenew product. In November, the new product was used to produce forage film, anti-rust film and other products in the Northeastregion. The processing was stable and met user requirements. It can partially replace imported metallocene products and has certainsocial benefits.
