- 聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)是 1种性能优异的芳香族聚合物,具有广泛的应用前景。文中对 PTT的合成方法、所使用催化剂以及 PTT的改性进行了综述。相比于酯交换法,直接酯化法的步骤较为简单,且没有副产物甲醇需要进行蒸馏,是较好的 PTT 合成方法。用于PTT合成的催化剂主要有锑(Sb)系、锗(Ge)系、锡(Sn)系和钛(Ti)系,其中Ti系及其复合催化剂活性较好,且没有毒性不会对人造成伤害,是未来研究的主要方向。目前有共混改性、共聚改性、原位聚合改性等3种方法,不同方法的针对性有所不同,需要根据实际进行选择。Polytrimethylene terephthalate (PTT) is an aromatic polymer with excellent performance and broad application prospects.This paper reviews the synthesis methods, catalysts used, and modification of PTT. Compared with the transesterification method,the direct esterification method has simpler procedures and no by-product methanol needs to be distilled, making it a bettersynthesis method for PTT. Currently, the catalysts used in PTT synthesis include antimony-based, germanium-based, tin-based,and titanium-based catalysts. Among them, titanium-based catalysts and its composite catalysts exhibit high activity, are non-toxic,and do not cause harm to the human body, which makes them the main direction for future research. At present, there are three mainmodification methods: blending modification, copolymerization modification, and in-situ polymerization modification. Differentmethods have different specificities, and selection should be based on actual needs.
