- 采用粉末X射线衍射法测定了SAPO-11分子筛相对结晶度,考察了衍射过程中不同仪器工作条件对 SAPO-11分子筛衍射峰的影响,优选 SAPO-11分子筛最佳测定工作参数。在7%~95% 结晶度范围内,精密度实验重复性为 2%,再现性为 4%。结果表明,该方法准确、可靠、重复性好,填补了SAPO-11分子筛相对结晶度测定方法标准的空白。The relative crystallinity of zeolite SAPO-11 are determinated by powder X-ray diffraction.The effects of divergence slit,scatter-proof slits, receiving slit, voltage, current, scanning speed and step length on diffraction peak of zeolite SAPO-11 wereinvestigated respectively, the best determination parameter of zeolite SAPO-11 is selected. In the range of 7% ~ 95% crystallinity,the repeatability of the precision test was 2% and the reproducibility was 4%. The results showed that the method was accurate,reliable and reproducible, and filled the blank of method for determination of the relative crystallinity of zeolite SAPO-11.
