- 随着经济和生活水平的提高，废弃油脂的总量也在不断增加，废弃油脂如果不进行规范的回收处理，将会对环境、公共健康、社会经济等多个方面造成严重危害。文中概括了废弃油脂分类、综合利用发展历程、资源化利用技术路线以及当前发展过程中遇到挑战；针对技术路线的发展现状及政策和市场驱动，探讨了废弃油脂行业未来发展方向。结果表明，废弃油脂的资源化利用已经从简单的“废物处理”方式，跃升为战略性的绿色新能源和新材料产业。资源化利用不仅可以解决环境污染和食品安全问题，而且实现了能源转型、工业升级和“双碳”目标的重要使命。废弃油脂的资源化利用前景非常广阔，完全符合“变废为宝、循环经济、绿色发展”的核心理念，是集环保、能源、化工于一体的综合性战略新兴产业。As the economy and living standards continue to improve, the total volume of waste oil and fat is also on the rise. Withoutstandardized recycling and treatment, waste oil and fat will pose severe threats to the environment, public health, the socialeconomy, and other related areas. This paper summarizes the development process of waste oil classification, comprehensiveutilization of the development process, resource utilization technology route and the challenges encountered in the currentdevelopment process, and discusses the future development direction of waste oil industry according to the development status andpolicy and market drive of the technical route. The findings indicate that the resource utilization of waste oil has transformed from amere "waste treatment" approach into a strategic green new energy and new materials industry. This practice not only addressesenvironmental pollution and food safety issues but also fulfills the crucial missions of energy transition, industrial upgrading, andachieving the "dual carbon" goals. The prospects for resource utilization of waste oil are exceedingly promising, fully aligning withthe core principles of "turning waste into wealth, promoting a circular economy, and pursuing green development." It represents acomprehensive strategic emerging industry that integrates environmental protection, energy, and the chemical sector.
