稠油生产负极材料储能专用石油焦的应用研究

- 随着新能源电池的快速发展,普通石油焦作为负极材料的重要原料,已逐渐成为石化企业的主要盈利产品。辽河稠油属于低硫环烷基原油资源,其生产的石油焦硫含量低,是 1种颇具潜力的负极材料用石油焦产品。通过优化原料配方和工艺条件等方法,分别在中试和工业装置上开展试验,并将石油焦产品委托给负极材料企业进行应用评价。结果表明,辽河稠油生产的石油焦在负极材料储能专用石油焦方面性能突出。With the rapid development of new energy batteries, ordinary petroleum coke, as an important raw material for anodematerials, has gradually become a major profit-making product for petrochemical enterprises. Liaohe heavy oil is a low-sulfurnaphthenic crude oil resource, and the petroleum coke produced from it has low sulfur content, making it a promising petroleumcoke product for anode materials. Through methods such as optimizing raw material formulas and process conditions, tests werecarried out in pilot-scale and industrial devices respectively, and the petroleum coke products were entrusted to anode materialenterprises for application evaluation. The results show that the petroleum coke produced from Liaohe heavy oil has outstandingperformance in terms of energy storage-specific petroleum coke for anode materials.
