- 聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(Polybutylene Terephthalate,PBT)作为五大通用工程塑料之一,以其卓越的刚性、优良的流动性和便捷的成型加工性能在汽车制造、电子电气等领域占据重要地位。然而,纯 PBT材料存在冲击韧性不足、耐热性能有限、抗水解能力弱等固有缺陷,严重制约了其在高性能领域的应用拓展。为克服这些技术瓶颈,研究者们开展了大量改性研究工作。文中系统梳理了 PBT材料的基本特性及其存在的性能短板,重点综述了共混改性、填料增强和功能助剂等3大类改性技术的最新研究进展,深入分析了各类改性方法的作用机理与应用效果,旨在为PBT材料的高性能化和功能化发展提供参考依据。Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT), as one of the five general-purpose engineering plastics, occupies an important positionin automotive manufacturing, electronics and electrical fields due to its excellent rigidity, superior fluidity and convenient moldingprocessability. However, pure PBT materials suffer from inherent defects such as insufficient impact toughness, limited heatresistance and weak hydrolysis resistance, which severely restrict their application expansion in high-performance fields. Toovercome these technical bottlenecks, researchers have conducted extensive modification studies. This paper systematically reviewsthe basic characteristics of PBT materials and their performance shortcomings, focuses on the latest research progress in three majormodification technologies including blending modification, filler reinforcement and functional additives, and deeply analyzes themechanisms and application effects of various modification methods, aiming to provide reference for the high-performance andfunctionalization development of PBT materials.
