- 摘要:冷冻研磨法操作简便、绿色高效,为高性能有机—无机复合热电材料的规模化制备提供了新思路。采用化学氧化法和醇还原法分别合成聚苯胺(PANI)和银纳米粒子(Ag NPs),然后采用冷冻研磨技术,在低温环境下通过机械力作用实现两者的高效分散与复合,制备了PANI/Ag NPs热电复合材料。利用XRD对复合材料进行物相分析,并测试了其电导率、塞贝克系数等热电性能。实验结果表明,Ag NPs的稳定性存在可能会受到冷冻研磨参数的影响,后续将进一步优化探讨。
Abstract: The cryomilling method is simple to operate, environmentally friendly, and highly efficient, offering a novel approach forthe large-scale preparation of high-performance organic-inorganic composite thermoelectric materials. In this study, polyaniline(PANI) and silver nanoparticles (Ag NPs) were synthesized via chemical oxidation and alcohol reduction methods, respectively.Subsequently, the cryomilling technique was employed to achieve efficient dispersion and composite formation under low -temperature conditions through mechanical force, resulting in the fabrication of PANI/Ag NPs thermoelectric composite materials.XRD was used for phase analysis of the composites, and their thermoelectric properties, including electrical conductivity andSeebeck coefficient, were tested. Experimental results indicate that the stability of silver nanoparticles may be influenced bycryomilling parameters, and further optimization will be explored in subsequent studies.
