- 摘要:随着新疆油田开发进程的深入,含油污泥产生量持续增加,其成分复杂、污染性强、处理难度大,对生态环境和油田可持续发展构成严峻挑战。针对新疆油田含油污泥的特性,文中从源头预处理技术、热洗助溶剂萃取、微生物降解等多个方面,系统构建了1套含油污泥资源化高效处置关键技术的体系。规模化应用分析表明,该技术体系在处理效率、资源回收率、环保性能及经济性方面均显著优于传统热解法,能够为新疆油田含油污泥的高效、绿色处置提供可靠的技术支撑。
Abstract: With the deepening of the oilfield development process in Xinjiang, the amount of oily sludge produced has continued toincrease. It is complex in composition, highly polluting and difficult to treat, posing a severe challenge to the ecological environmentand the sustainable development of oilfields. This paper in light of the characteristics of oily sludge from Xinjiang Oilfield,systematically constructs a set of key technologies for the resourceful and efficient disposal of oily sludge from multiple aspects suchas source pretreatment technology, hot washing solvent extraction, and microbial degradation. Large-scale application analysisshows that this technical system is significantly superior to the traditional pyrolysis method in terms of processing efficiency,resource recovery rate, environmental protection performance and economy, and can provide reliable technical support for theefficient and green disposal of oily sludge in Xinjiang Oilfield.
