含油污泥油水高效检测技术研究与展望

- 摘要:文中介绍了 1种基于热萃取与液相分离的含油污泥水油含量高效检测技术,旨在解决传统检测方法中存在的步骤繁琐、误差大、重复性差等问题。该技术通过热萃取模块、液相分离模块、循环冷凝模块和检测分析模块的协同作用,实现含油污泥中水相和油相的高效分离与准确定量。实验结果表明,该方法显著提高了检测精度,含水率、含油率及固含率的相对标准偏差分别降至1.9%、0.23%和2.36%,同时检测效率提升3倍以上。该技术为含油污泥的资源化利用与环保处理提供了可靠的分析手段,具有操作简便、数据准确、重复性好的优势。
Abstract: This paper introduces an efficient detection technology for oil-water content in oil sludge based on thermal extraction andliquid-phase separation, aiming to address the issues of cumbersome procedures, significant errors, and poor repeatability intraditional detection methods. The technology achieves efficient separation and accurate quantification of the aqueous and oil phasesin oil sludge through the synergistic effects of a thermal extraction module, liquid-phase separation module, circulatingcondensation module, and detection analysis module. Experimental results show that this method significantly improves detectionaccuracy, with the relative standard deviations of water content, oil content, and solid content reduced to 1.9%, 0.23%, and 2.36%,respectively, while detection efficiency is increased by more than three times. This technology provides a reliable analytical methodfor the resource utilization and environmental treatment of oil sludge, offering advantages such as simple operation, accurate data,and good repeatability.
