- 摘要:乙烯装置C3加氢反应器可除去丙炔与丙烯二烯(MAPD),提高丙烯收率,但C3加氢反应器运行受入口温度、氢炔比、循环量、压力、进料组成等因素影响。通过 Aspen Plus分析入口温度、氢炔比、循环量对C3加氢催化剂活性与选择性的影响,找到理想范围。另外,对压力、进料中的C4+组分、水含量、其它杂质进行严格控制。结合Aspen Plus,分析各项影响因素的控制范围与装置实际运行工况,C3加氢反应器在运行 600 d 的情况下,其催化剂活性达到 95% 以上,选择性达到80%以上,提高了丙烯收率,延长了切换周期,相应减少再生尾气的排放。
Abstract: The ethylene unit's C3 hydrogenation reactor can remove MAPD and improve propylene yield. However, the reactor'sperformance is influenced by factors such as inlet temperature, hydrogen-to-alkyne ratio, recycle flow rate, pressure and feedcomposition. Using Aspen Plus,the effects of inlet temperature, hydrogen-to-alkyne ratio, and recycle flow rate on the activity andselectivity of the C3 hydrogenation catalyst were analyzed, identifying an optimal operating operating range. Additionally, strictcontrols were implemented for pressure, C4+ components in the feed, water content and other impurities. Based on Aspen Plusanalysis of these factors and the actual operating of the unit, the C3 hydrogenation reactor maintained catalyst activity above 80%over 600 days of operation. This not only enhanced propylene yield but also extended the switching cycle, thereby reducingemissions from regeneration tail gas.
