- 摘要:为了研究N08120镍基合金焊接接头的力学性能,对N08120镍基合金的化学成分、力学性能及焊接性进行分析,焊材采用NiCrMo-2型焊材,对N08120镍基合金进行GTAW、SMAW、SAW等3种不同的焊接方法进行焊接。焊接过程采取工艺措施进行控制,试板经过无损检测的验证,结果表明各焊接接头的焊接质量良好。3种焊接方法焊接接头的力学性能均能满足标准及工程规范的要求,但是SMAW焊接方法焊接接头的致密性、冲击性能、耐晶间腐蚀性不如GTAW和SAW焊接方法焊接接头的此类性能。各焊接方法的焊缝及热影响区的显微组织均为奥氏体组织,GTAW的焊缝显微组织为胞状晶结构,SMAW和SAW的焊缝显微组织为柱状树枝晶结构。
Abstract: In order to study the mechanical properties of N08120 nickel-based alloy welded joint, the chemical composition,mechanical properties and weldability of N08120 nickel-based alloy were analyzed. The welding material was NiCrMo-2 weldingmaterial, and N08120 nickel-based alloy was welded by three different welding methods: GTAW, SMAW and SAW. The weldingprocess was controlled by technical measures, and the test plates were verified by non-destructive testing. The results showed thatthe quality of the welded joints was good. The mechanical properties of the welded joints of the three welding methods can meet therequirements of standards and engineering specifications, but the compactness, impact and intergranular corrosion resistance of thewelded joints of SMAW methods are not as good as those of GTAW and SAW methods. The microstructure of welds and heat -affected zones of each welding method is austenitic, that of GTAW is cellular and that of SMAW and SAW is columnar and dendrite.
