- 摘要:聚丙烯装置生产中,其催化剂系统是很重要的一环,也是薄弱点。催化剂系统如果出现异常,会造成装置生产波动甚至停工。典型的问题有催化剂配制单元催化剂分散罐夹套水互串,造成催化剂活性波动大;催化剂计量单元催化剂异常中断,造成生产波动;三剂混合单元,预接触罐搅拌密封油系统波动及催化剂配制过程产生催化剂抱团物,造成在线混合器堵塞。文中就催化剂系统出现的问题进行了原因分析与优化总结,降低了各单元故障发生频次,提升了聚丙烯生产过程的连续性和安全性。
Abstract: In polypropylene production, the catalyst system constitutes a critical yet vulnerable component. Anomalies within thissystem frequently lead to operational fluctuations or even plant shutdowns. Typical issues include: cross-contamination of jacketwater in the catalyst dispersion vessel of the catalyst preparation unit, resulting in significant catalyst activity variations; unexpectedinterruptions in catalyst feeding within the metering unit, causing production instability; and fluctuations in the agitator seal oilsystem of the pre-contact vessel in the triple-agent mixing unit, alongside the formation of catalyst agglomerates during preparation,leading to clogging in the online mixer. Through systematic root cause analysis and operational optimizations, the frequency of unitfailures has been reduced, enhancing the continuity and safety of polypropylene production processes.
