- 摘要:催化汽油中烯烃含量高会导致汽油燃烧时产生积碳、增加尾气污染物排放。催化汽油中烯烃低又会导致汽油辛烷值低,增加汽油调和成本。文中研究了催化裂化原料性质、反应深度、催化剂活性及性质等对汽油中烯烃含量的影响。分析发现,原料中饱和烃增加、提高反应温度、降低催化剂活性会增加催化裂化反应深度,将导致汽油中烯烃含量增加,相反剂油比增加会降低汽油中烯烃含量。经过核算在汽油调和正常情况下,汽油中烯烃质量分数由24.0%涨至34.0%,汽油中辛烷值由91.0涨至93.0,年利润2 400 万元。
Abstract: High olefin content in catalytic gasoline leads to carbon deposits during combustion and increases exhaust-pollutantemissions, whereas low olefin content lowers the gasoline's octane number and raises blending costs. This paper investigates howfeedstock properties, reaction severity, catalyst activity, and regeneration conditions affect the olefin content in FCC gasoline. Theanalysis shows that increasing the proportion of saturates in the feedstock, raising the reaction temperature, and lowering catalystactivity all deepen the FCC reaction and thus increase olefin content, whereas a higher catalyst-to-oil ratio reduces it. Undernormal gasoline-blending conditions, raising the olefin mass fraction from 24.0% to 34.0%, increases the octane number from 91.0to 93 and generates an additional annual profit of 24 million CNY.
