减一线馏分油生产金属加工用基础油及应用研究

- 摘要:以环烷基减一线馏分油为原料,通过加氢精制—蒸馏工艺生产金属加工用基础油,并评价了其在螺纹车削、切削、深孔钻等金属加工过程的应用性能。结果表明,在加氢反应压力15.0 MPa、反应温度为320 ℃时制备的基础油性质和作为金属加工油基础油时的应用性能,均与市售典型产品相当,可大大提升减一线馏分油的产品附加值。
Abstract: Using the first-line oil from vacuum distillation of naphthenic feedstock, a base oil for metal processing was producedthrough hydrogenation refining and distillation process, and its application performance in different metal processing processes,including thread turning, cutting, and deep hole drilling, was evaluated. when the reaction pressure was 15.0 MPa and the reactiontemperature was 320 ℃, the properties of the prepared base oil and its application performance as base oil for metal processing oilwere comparable to typical products on the market. This approach significantly enhances the product value-added of the vacuumside-cut oil.
