- 摘要:超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)以其优异的耐磨性、耐冲击性、耐腐蚀性等,广泛应用于国防军事、航空航天、海洋工程以及体育用品等领域。目前大量研究致力于通过催化剂体系的设计与开发,实现 UHMWPE 形貌形态、分子量及其分布、支化度等结构的调控。文中对Ziegler-Natta(ZN)催化剂、Cr系催化剂、茂金属催化剂、苯氧基亚胺(FI)催化剂、后过渡金属催化剂以及新型催化剂体系在合成UHMWPE中的应用进行了详细阐述。
Abstract: UHMWPE(Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) is widely used in fields such as national defense and military,aerospace, marine engineering, and sports goods due to its excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.Currently, a large number of studies are dedicated to the design and development of catalyst systems to achieve the regulation of themorphology, molecular weight and its distribution, and degree of branching of UHMWPE. The applications of Ziegler-Natta (ZN)catalysts, chromium-based catalysts, metallocene catalysts, phenoxy imine (FI) catalysts, post-transition metal catalysts and newcatalyst systems in the synthesis of UHMWPE are elaborated in detail.
