- 摘要：文中系统综述了顶空进样（HS）、热脱附（TD）与质谱（MS）联用技术在塑料制品中总挥发性有机化合物（TVOC）分析中的研究进展。通过比较不同前处理技术与检测方法的协同效应，重点分析了其在塑料原材料质量控制、加工工艺监测及成品安全性评价中的应用现状，并展望了高灵敏检测、原位分析和联用设备的发展方向。研究表明，联用技术凭借非破坏性采样、高富集效率和高通量检测优势，已成为塑料制品中TVOC分析的主流方法，为行业绿色转型提供关键技术支撑。
Abstract: This paper comprehensively reviews the research progress of headspace sampling (HS), thermal desorption (TD) and massspectrometry (MS) in the analysis of TVOC in plastic products. By comparing the synergistic effects of different sample pretreatmenttechnologies and detection methods, it focuses on their application status in the quality control of plastic raw materials, monitoring ofprocessing technologies, and safety evaluation of finished products, and prospects the development directions of high-sensitivitydetection, in-situ analysis and combined-use equipment. Studies have shown that combined-use technologies, with the advantagesof non-destructive sampling, high enrichment efficiency and high-throughput detection, have become the mainstream methods forTVOC analysis in plastics and have provided key technical support for the green transformation of the industry.
