- 摘要:2,2,4,4-四甲基-1,3-环丁二醇(CBDO)是高端聚酯生产的核心原料之一,可用于制造聚酯树脂、粉末涂料、婴儿用品、汽车内饰、手机外壳、食品容器及医学用瓶等,市场需求很广。目前只有美国的伊斯曼公司掌握了CBDO的大规模生产工艺并已成功工业化生产,国内还停留在研发阶段,严重制约了中国高性能聚酯新材料的产业化进程。开发高效可行的合成工艺,摆脱对国外产品的依赖,已势在必行。文中重点介绍了CBDO的制备工艺和主要应用,并展望未来的发展趋势,为进一步的生产工艺技术开发和相关产业的发展提供有力支持。
Abstract: 2, 2, 4, 4-tetramethyl-1, 3-cyclobutanediol(CBDO) is one of the core raw materials for the production of high-endpolyester, which can be used to manufacture polyester resins, powder coatings, baby products, automotive interiors, mobile phonecasings, food containers, medical bottles, and so on. Its market demand is extensive, but currently, only Eastman Company in theUnited States has mastered the large-scale production technique of CBDO and has successfully industrialized its production.Domestic research and development are still in the early stages, which severely restricting the industrialization process of novelhigh-performance polyester materials in China. The development of efficient and feasible synthetic technique to eliminatedependence on foreign products has become an imperative trend.This article focuses on the synthesis and application of CBDO, andprovides an outlook on its future development, with the expectation to provide some support for further production technologicaldevelopment and the growth of related industries.
