- 摘要:在节能降耗、节水减排的可持续发展背景下,传统模式的末端治理手段已不能适应当前炼化行业的绿色发展要求。源头治理和污水“零排放”的目标将是大势所趋。随着石油化学工业污染物排放新标准的实施,国内大部分炼化企业都对原有污水处理工艺进行升级改造,多数企业采用了以臭氧催化氧化为核心的深度回用工艺单元,但在实际运行过程中出现了一系列运维问题。结合污水处理过程的运行情况,从预处理过程、臭氧催化剂性能优势和重复利用性、臭氧催化氧化技术的影响因素、设备腐蚀等方面对当前工业装置出现的问题进行了分析,同时对臭氧催化氧化技术发展趋势进行了展望。
Abstract: In the context of sustainable development of energy conservation and emission reduction, traditional end of pipe treat‐ment methods can no longer meet the green development requirements of the current refining industry. The goal of source controland zero discharge of sewage will be the trend. With the implementation of new standards for pollutant emissions in petrochemicalindustry, most domestic refining and chemical enterprises have upgraded and transformed their existing sewage treatment processes.Most enterprises have adopted deep reuse process units with ozone catalytic oxidation as the core, but a series of operation andmaintenance problems have emerged in the actual operation process. Based on the operation of the sewage treatment process, ananalysis was conducted on the current problems in industrial equipment from the aspects of pretreatment process, advantages andreusability of ozone catalyst performance, influencing factors of ozone catalytic oxidation technology, equipment corrosion, etc. Atthe same time, the development trend of ozone catalytic oxidation technology was forecasted.
