- 摘要:炼油厂含油污泥是石油炼制过程中产生的典型危险废物,成分复杂且危害性高,对环境和公共健康构成严重威胁。文中系统综述了含油污泥的产生特性、环境风险及处理技术现状。含油污泥主要来源于原油加工、污水处理及设备维护等环节,含有重金属和有毒有机物,处理难度大。当前主流处理技术包括化学热洗、热解和生物处理,但各自存在原料适应性差、能耗高或二次污染等问题。未来发展趋势聚焦于绿色低碳、资源化和协同治理。文章为含油污泥的高效治理与资源化利用提供了理论参考和技术支撑。
Abstract: Refinery oil sludge is a typical hazardous waste generated during petroleum refining, characterised by its complexcomposition and high toxicity, posing a serious threat to the environment and public health. This paper provides a systematic reviewof the characteristics of oil-contaminated sludge generation, environmental risks, and the current status of treatment technologies.Oil sludge primarily originates from crude oil processing, wastewater treatment, and equipment maintenance processes, containingheavy metals and toxic organic compounds, making its treatment challenging. Current mainstream treatment technologies includechemical thermal washing, pyrolysis, and biological treatment, but each has limitations such as poor raw material adaptability, highenergy consumption, or secondary pollution. Future development trends focus on green and low-carbon approaches, resourcerecovery, and integrated governance. This article provides theoretical references and technical support for the efficient managementand resource recovery of oil-contaminated sludge.
