- 摘要:针对危化品生产存储装置设备安全运维管理,文中提出了1种基于损伤模式开发的集9类监测参量为一体的健康监测与数字孪生系统。阐述了健康监测与数字孪生系统开发的关键技术装备及具体技术路线,为危化品生产存储装备提供更全面、及时和便捷的健康监测技术手段,有助于解决危化品生产存储设备健康监测在安全管理中存在的监测参数不全面、数据传输稳定性与实时性不足、信息化融合程度不高等问题。
Abstract: This paper proposes an integrated health monitoring and digital twin system, developed based on damage modes andincorporating multiple monitoring parameters, specifically for hazardous chemical production and storage equipment. It elaborateson the key technological equipment and the specific technical pathway involved in developing this system. The proposed systemaims to provide more comprehensive, timely, and convenient health monitoring solutions for such equipment. It addresses criticalchallenges in safety management, including insufficient comprehensiveness of monitored parameters, inadequate stability andreal-time performance in data transmission, and low levels of information integration within existing health monitoring practices forhazardous chemical production and storage facilities.
