- 摘要:采用HZSM-5分子筛催化剂在H2存在下,在50 mL固定床评价装置上,探索了以纯甲苯为原料,甲苯歧化制苯的反应。考察了4种不同SiO2/Al2O3比催化剂的性能。结果表明,在反应温度为420~500 ℃、空速为2.0 h-1、压力为2.0 MPa、H2/T(mol)=4的条件下,SiO2/Al2O3比值的降低会导致分子筛催化剂酸度增加,其催化性能对产物分布产生了显著影响。在分子筛催化剂 HZSM-5-30上,甲苯转化率最高,为 40.93%~56.80%;液相产物中 B/X的摩尔比最高,达到1.13~2.48;液相产物中苯的选择性最高,达到 44.97%~53.92%;液相产物中 C9+A 收率最高,在反应温度 420~480 ℃,液相产物中 C9+A 收率小于 5%,反应温度达到 500 ℃,液相产物中 C9+A收率略高于5%。
Abstract: The catalytic performance of HZSM-5 zeolite catalysts with four different SiO₂/Al₂O₃ ratios was evaluated for toluenedisproportionation to benzene in a 50 mL fixed-bed reactor under H ₂ atmosphere. Under reaction temperatures of 420~500 ℃ ,weight hourly space velocity (WHSV) of 2.0 h⁻¹, pressure of 2.0 MPa, and H₂/toluene molar ratio of 4, reducing the SiO₂/Al₂O₃ ratioincreased the acidity of the catalyst, which significantly influenced product distribution. HZSM-5-30 (SiO₂/Al₂O₃=30) exhibited thehighest toluene conversion rate (40.93%~56.80%) and maximum benzene selectivity (44.97%~53.92%) in liquid products. Thebenzene/xylene (B/X) molar ratio in liquid products reached 1.13-2.48. For C9+ aromatics (C9+) in liquid products:At 420~480 ℃,the yield remained below 5%. At 500 ℃, the yield slightly exceeded 5%.
