摘要:: 摘要：1，4-环己烷二甲醇是高端聚酯生产的核心原料之一，可用于制造聚脂钎维、环保包装材料、汽车内饰、电器用具以及聚氨酯泡沫塑料等等。市场需求量正逐步扩大，但是美国的伊士曼公司在大宗量产品的生产上长期占据主导地位，核心生产技术长期掌握在美国、韩国和日本等少数国家，严重制约了中国聚酯新材料的产业化进程。文中重点介绍1，4-环己烷二甲醇制备的主流工艺和市场供需情况，同时对1，4-环己烷二甲醇的常见应用进行了介绍，为进一步的工艺技术开发和利用提供借鉴。
Abstract: 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol is one of the core raw materials for high-end polyester production, and its market demand isgradually expanding. However, the Eastman Company in the United States has long dominated its production, and its coreproduction technology has long been mastered in a few countries such as the United States, Korea and Japan, which seriouslyrestricts the industrialization process of domestic new polyester materials.This article focuses on the mainstream processes, and themarket supply and demand situation of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol. The common applications of 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol wasalso introduced, hoping to provide some inspiration for further production technology development and application.
