- 摘要:改性乳化沥青作为1种节能环保型道路材料,因其可在常温下施工,被广泛应用于现代道路铺装工程,尤其适用于预防性养护与低温季节施工。在众多改性类型中,聚合物改性乳化沥青凭借其卓越的路用性能,展现了最为广泛的应用前景与最显著的增强效果。文中系统性论述了苯乙烯—丁二烯—苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、丁苯橡胶(SBR)、水性环氧树脂(WER)和聚氨酯(WPU)等 4种关键聚合物,用于乳化沥青改性的生产工艺、核心特点及其在国内外的最新研发与应用现状。文中指出,开发高性能、多功能及智能化的新型改性剂将是推动改性乳化沥青技术革新与产业升级的核心方向。
Abstract: Modified emulsified asphalt, as an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly road material, can be constructed atambient temperature. Thus, it has been extensively applied in modern road paving projects, especially suitable for preventivemaintenance and construction during low-temperature seasons. Among numerous modification types, polymer-modified emulsifiedasphalt demonstrates the broadest application prospects and the most remarkable enhancement effects, attributable to its excellentroad performance. This paper systematically elaborates on the production processes, core characteristics, as well as the latest R & Dand application status at home and abroad of four key polymers, namely SBS, SBR, WER, and WPU, which are used for modifyingemulsified asphalt. It is pointed out that the development of new high-performance, multi-functional, and intelligent modifiers willbe the core driving force for technological innovation and industrial upgrading of modified emulsified asphalt.
