- 文中介绍了以新疆克拉玛依原油中的环烷酸,通过硫酸精制、白土精制后,与重烷基苯磺酸、Ca(OH)2、CaO为原料,甲醇、仲丁醇为促进剂合成高碱值复合磺酸钙清净剂的过程,考察了整个合成过程反应体系中水的加入量、不同合成工艺生产的聚异丁烯丁二酸酐(烯酐)以及 CO2通入总量对产品的浊度、过滤速度以及产品收率的影响,并确定了适宜的合成工艺。实验表明,通过此方法合成的高碱值复合磺酸钙碱值可达到≥300 mgKOH/g,且浊度≤50 JTU。通过模拟评定及红外光谱表征分析,产品的胶体碳酸钙形态为无定型,在5070船用气缸油中的高温储存性、分水性能以及抗凝胶性能与国内其它高碱值磺酸钙产品相比,各项性能优于国内高碱值磺酸钙产品,成焦量与国内其它高碱值磺酸钙产品相当。
This paper discusses the synthesis of a high-base-value composite calcium sulfonate detergent using naphthenic acidfrom Xinjiang Karamay crude oil. The process involves refining with sulfuric acid and clay, followed by reaction with heavyalkylbenzene sulfonic acid, calcium hydroxide, and calcium oxide, using methanol and sec-butanol as promoters. The studyexamines the impact of water addition during the synthesis, different synthesis processes for producing polyisobutylene succinicanhydride (PIBSA), and the total amount of carbon dioxide introduced on the product's turbidity, filtration speed, and yield. Anoptimal synthesis process was determined. Experimental results show that the high-base-value composite calcium sulfonatesynthesized by this method can achieve a base value of over 300 mg KOH/g with turbidity below 50 JTU. The product underwentsimulated evaluation and infrared spectral characterization, revealing that the colloidal calcium carbonate is amorphous. Compared toother domestic high-base-value calcium sulfonate products, it exhibits superior high-temperature storage stability, water separationperformance, anti-gelation properties in 5070 marine cylinder oil, with coking levels comparable to other domestic products.
