- 循环冷却水系统在炼化企业节水减排工作愈发受到重视,而无阀滤池是循环冷却水系统去除悬浮物以及降低浊度的重要设备。近年来,无阀滤池在运行过程中经常出现反冲洗不彻底、反洗频率较高等原因,可能会影响下游装置的生产平稳。针对上述原因,文中从设备结构、腐蚀机理2个方面进行分析,旨在找出问题所在,为炼化企业循环冷却水系统提供参考。
Circulating cooling water systems are increasingly valued in water conservation and emission reduction efforts inpetrochemical enterprises. The valveless filter is an important device for removing suspended and reducing turbidity in recirculatingcooling water systems. In recent years, the valveless filter has often encountered problems such as incomplete backwashing and highback frequency during operation, which may affect the stable production of downstream units. This paper mainly analyzes theequipment structure and corrosion mechanism to find out the causes of the, and provides references for petrochemical enterprisesrecirculating cooling water systems.
