- 此项目采用高精度扫描设备,制定科学的扫描方案,系统科学的完成涉危化品承压特种设备的三维扫描及建模,涵盖项目准备、外业数据采集、内业数据处理、三维建模和渲染输出等环节,最终得到了高质量涉危化品承压特种设备三维模型,便于接入监测平台,关联并实时展示设备数据,实现设备全生命周期数据记录、预警和追溯。
This project adopts high-precision scanning equipment, formulates a scientific scanning scheme, systematically andscientifically completes the 3D scanning modeling of pressure equipment containing hazardous chemicals, covering projectpreparation, field data collection, internal data processing, 3D modeling and rendering output. Finally, a high-quality 3D model ofpressure equipment containing hazardous chemicals is obtained, which is easy to access the monitoring platform, correlate anddisplay the equipment data in real time, and realize the data recording, early warning and traceability of the whole life cycle of theequipment.
