降低低硫船燃生产成本的软件开发与应用

- 为降低低硫船燃调和生产成本,对低硫船燃生产工艺及调和方式进行调研,对影响油罐批量调和生产低硫船燃成本的因素进行分析。分析表明,船燃调和组分黏度波动是影响低硫船燃产品质量的关键因素,控制产品黏度、增加重组分调和比例是降低低硫船燃生产成本的核心。在此基础上,开展降低低硫船燃生产成本的研究,在实验室完成了系列低硫船燃调和试验,开发出降低低硫船燃调和成本的非线性数学模型,形成低硫船燃调和比例计算软件。应用开发的船燃调和软件指导生产 RMG380低硫船燃 36.2×104 t,船燃调和重组分比例提高1.49%,产品黏度平均值增加12.9%。经效益测算,低硫船燃调和生产成本降低464.58万元。
In order to further reduce the production cost of low-sulfur ship fuel, the production process and coordination methods oflow-sulfur ship fuel were investigated, and the factors affecting the production cost of low-sulfur ship fuel in batches of oil tanks wereanalyzed. Analysis shows that fluctuations in the viscosity of the ship fuel blending component are the key factors affecting the qualityof low-sulfur ship fuel products. Controlling product viscosity and increasing the recombinant ratio are the core of reducing theproduction cost of low-sulfur ship fuel. On this basis, research was carried out to reduce the production cost of low- sulfur ship fuel,a series of low-sulfur ship fuel blending tests were completed in the laboratory, and a nonlinear mathematical model was developed toreduce the cost of low-sulfur ship fuel blending, forming a low-sulfur ship fuel blending ratio calculation software. The ship fuel andharmonization software developed by the application guides production of RMG380 low-sulfur ship fuel 36.2×104 t, the proportionof ship fuel and harmonization and recombination increased by 1.49%, the average product viscosity increased by 12.9%. Accordingto the profit calculation, the production cost of low-sulfur ship fueling and harmonization has been reduced by 464.58×104 yuan.
