- 随着市场产能及生产需求发生变化,单位产品的能耗差异对化工生产装置适应性有着很大的影响。通过调整装置的原料加工比例,探索装置加工增产重石脑油的可能性,显著增强产品在低价市场中的竞争力。文中立足石油化工装置的实际情况,从工艺优化与技术探索,提高了目标产品的液相收率,提升企业市场适应性与核心竞争力,为柴油加氢裂化装置的运行积累了宝贵经验。
With changes in market capacity and production demand, the difference in energy consumption per unit product has asignificant impact on the adaptability of chemical production units. By adjusting the raw material processing ratio of the unit, thepossibility of increasing heavy naphtha production through unit processing was explored, which significantly enhanced thecompetitiveness of products in the low-price market. Based on the actual situation of petrochemical units, this paper has improvedthe liquid phase yield of target products through process optimization and technical exploration, enhanced the market adaptabilityand core competitiveness of enterprises, and accumulated valuable experience for the operation of diesel hydrocracking units.
